Remarkly is an advertising creative studio. This page explains exactly what personal data the site collects, why, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. It describes what the site actually does today, not a template.
Remarkly is operated by Siddesh Patil, based in India. For anything in this policy, including access and deletion requests, write to siddesh@remarkly.co. We are the data controller for the information described below.
We collect personal data in one situation only: when you choose to contact us through a form on this site. There is no account system, and there is nothing to sign up for.

We do not collect anything from you if you simply read the site.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to look at the product or ads you pointed us to before we answer, and to keep a record of the conversation so we do not ask you the same thing twice. If you become a client, we use your contact details to deliver and discuss the work. We do not add you to a marketing list or send you newsletters.
If you are in the UK or the EEA, our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and in protecting the site from abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Three service providers handle this data on our behalf. They are contractually limited to processing it for us.

Because we operate from India and these providers are in the United States, your data is transferred internationally. Where required, these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we have context if you come back. Client records are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and for 7 years afterwards where tax and accounting rules require it. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email siddesh@remarkly.co and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed database with access restricted to the operator. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We advertise Remarkly on Meta platforms. Those ads are targeted using interest and location categories offered by Meta, and Meta collects data through its own platforms under its own privacy policy. We do not upload customer lists or use tracking pixels for this.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be sent by email.
